About This Role
RelateIQ is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage our growing portfolio of mid-market clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
Your role includes:
- Onboarding new clients and delivering product training
- Building long-term relationships with key accounts
- Tracking engagement and proactively managing churn risk
- Gathering product feedback and working with the product team
- Conducting quarterly business reviews
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
- Strong CRM skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Data analysis skills to track success metrics
- SaaS industry background preferred
