About This Role

NexGen People connects businesses with exceptional HR talent. We're hiring an HR Business Partner to work directly with department heads and senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to department leaders on people matters - Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning - Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives - Advise on HR policy, employment law, and organisational change

Requirements

- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) - 4+ years in an HR generalist or HRBP role - Strong knowledge of UK employment law - Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills - Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments - Comfortable with HR analytics and reporting
