You may upload CVs and supporting documents in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format, up to 5MB per file. By uploading a document, you confirm that:
- The document belongs to you and you have the right to submit it.
- It does not contain any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- All information within it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Everlancecx Jobs platform, including logos, text, design, and software, is the property of Everlancecx Jobs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are accurate or up to date. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everlancecx Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including failure to secure employment through the Service.
